DocSoloAI User Guide

Welcome to DocSoloAI — your AI-powered chiropractic diagnostic assistant. This guide will walk you through how to get started and make the most of every feature.

Note: Free plan includes 5 cases/month with limited features. Upgrade for full access and extended usage.

Step 1: Set Your Office Modalities

Go to your Settings page to select which in-office treatments you offer (e.g., traction, cold laser, shockwave). These will be used to tailor AI treatment suggestions to your practice.

Step 2: Start a Case

Visit /app to begin your case. You’ll first enter:

  • Patient initials and DOB
  • Symptom region (Cervical, Thoracic, or Lumbopelvic)
  • Onset, duration, side, and symptom level
  • Neuro symptoms, ortho tests, red flags, and imaging findings

Multi-region cases are supported, though formatting may vary. You may enter each region separately for cleaner output.

Step 3: Copy Exam Findings (Optional)

Before submitting the case, scroll down to the Exam Findings Recap and click “Copy Exam Findings”. This includes side/level, aggravating/relieving factors, neuro symptoms, ortho tests, and region notes — formatted for easy EHR entry.

Many users (including the creator of DocSoloAI) run the app side-by-side with their EHR — one browser window for DocSoloAI, one for Office Ally or similar. This makes copy/paste seamless and eliminates tab switching.

Step 4: Submit Case

After reviewing your inputs, click Submit Case. The AI will generate structured, clinically sound output based on your data.

Step 5: Review the Output

After submission, the platform will return:

  • Differential diagnosis
  • Clinical discussion
  • ICD-10 codes
  • Treatment plan (chiropractic-scope)
  • Red flag triage summary (if applicable)
  • Referral suggestions (if warranted)

Step 6: Save or Copy Case Summary

After generating your case, you have two options:
• Click “Save Case Summary” to export a full .doc file — including the differential, discussion, ICD-10 codes, and treatment plan.
• Or click “Copy to Clipboard” to quickly paste the structured summary directly into your EHR or SOAP notes.
(Both options available on Free and Paid plans)

Step 7: Generate a Home Care Plan

Click “Suggest Home Care Instructions” to generate a plain-language, personalized plan of exercises and self-care advice — tailored to the specific case using AI. This is not a static handout or template — each plan is unique, contextual, and printable for patient use.
Home care plans can be printed or saved as needed. (Paid plan only)

Step 8: Ask Follow-Up Questions

Scroll down to the Q&A section to ask DocSoloAI follow-up questions about the case — up to 5 per case. This allows you to clarify red flags, ask “what if” variations, or get deeper insight. (Paid plan only)

You can export the Q&A log to .doc format at any time.

Step 9: Use Quick AI Consult

At any time — even outside of a case — use the floating “Quick Consult” button in the bottom-right of /app to ask brief, standalone clinical questions. Paid users can submit up to 5 consults per billing cycle, and each consult allows 1 main question with up to 2 follow-ups. (Paid plan only)

Step 10: Understand Login Limitations

For security, each DocSoloAI account supports only one active login at a time. Signing in on a new device will log out the previous session automatically.
