What is DocSoloAI?

DocSoloAI is an AI powered diagnostic assistant for chiropractors. It helps you generate case summaries, ICD 10 codes, home care instructions, and treatment plans. Each result is grounded in clinical reasoning and personalized to your preferred approach.

Why AI? Should I trust my own judgment?

You should. DocSoloAI is designed to sharpen your reasoning, not replace it. Healthcare is moving toward AI collaboration. Providers who learn to use it well will deliver more complete, defensible, and confident care. Think of it as an intelligent second opinion.

Is this a paid tool?

DocSoloAI offers both a Free Plan and a Paid Plan. The Free Plan allows up to 5 cases per month with limited features. The Paid Plan unlocks everything, 100 cases per month, including follow up questions, home care plans, and quick AI consults, for $29 per month. You can cancel anytime.

What is included in the Free Plan?

The Free Plan includes up to 5 diagnostic cases every 30 days. It provides full access to the main AI case builder but limits advanced tools like follow up questions, home care generation, and quick AI consults.

Can this replace my SOAP notes?

No. DocSoloAI is not an EHR system. It generates structured clinical content, including exam findings, ICD 10 codes, differential diagnoses, treatment plans, and red flag summaries. You can copy and paste this content into your notes if appropriate. Many users find it speeds up documentation and strengthens clinical reasoning.

What types of cases is it most useful for?

DocSoloAI works best with spine, nerve, and musculoskeletal complaints. It is especially helpful with radiculopathy, mechanical back pain, SI joint dysfunction, and regional pattern recognition. It is most valuable when some clinical uncertainty is present.

Can I export the information?

Yes. You can export clean case summaries as .doc files. Paid users can also export or print home care plans and export Q and A logs. Exam findings recaps can be copied directly to your clipboard for pasting into your EHR.

Can I customize the output?

Yes. Once signed in, you can select the in office tools you use, such as traction, cold laser, or shockwave, and DocSoloAI will tailor its recommendations based on your available modalities.

How does it handle red flags?

Red flag detection is built in. When potential signs of serious pathology appear, the AI flags the concern and recommends appropriate referral or imaging before suggesting treatment.

Is it HIPAA compliant?

DocSoloAI is designed to use limited clinical information, and users should avoid entering direct patient identifiers whenever possible. Can I stay logged in on multiple devices?

No. For security reasons, DocSoloAI allows only one active login per user. Signing in on a new device will automatically log out any previous session.

Is AI output stored or reviewed?

DocSoloAI processes submitted case details through OpenAI to generate responses in real time. Case content is not manually reviewed by the DocSoloAI team as part of normal use. You remain fully responsible for reviewing all output and making final clinical decisions.

What AI model does DocSoloAI use?

DocSoloAI uses OpenAI language models selected for clinical reasoning quality, reliability, and cost control. The specific model may change over time as newer models become available or older models are deprecated.
