Yes. DocSoloAI is a subscription-based platform. Access is $20/month and includes unlimited diagnostic cases, ICD-10 output, and treatment recommendations. You can cancel anytime.

Can this replace my SOAP notes?

DocSoloAI is not an EHR. It generates tiered differential diagnoses and structured clinical summaries that you can paste into your notes or use as a foundation for your SOAP.

What kinds of cases is it good for?

DocSoloAI excels at spine, nerve, and musculoskeletal complaints. It’s especially helpful in radiculopathy patterns, mechanical back pain, SI joint dysfunction, and region-based pattern recognition. It excels at those cases when you have clinical uncertainty.

Can I export summaries?

Yes — you can download clean .docx case summaries and Q&A logs to save or print.

Can I customize the output?

Yes — once signed in, you can select the in-office tools you use (traction, cold laser, shockwave, etc.) and DocSoloAI will tailor recommendations accordingly.

How does it handle red flags?

Red flag detection is built-in. If warning signs of serious pathology are present, the AI flags the concern and recommends appropriate referral or imaging before suggesting treatment.

Is it HIPAA-compliant?

Is AI output stored or reviewed?

No. Your prompts and case summaries are processed securely through OpenAI’s GPT-4o model. Outputs are generated in real time and are not saved or reviewed by the DocSoloAI team. You remain responsible for all final clinical decisions.

What AI model does DocSoloAI use?

We use OpenAI’s GPT-4o for all diagnostic reasoning and treatment suggestions. It’s currently one of the most advanced and reliable language models available for healthcare-adjacent applications.
