Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DocSoloAI platform (“Service”), provided by the developer of DocSoloAI (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using this Service, you acknowledge that you are a licensed chiropractic provider and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Clinical Responsibility
DocSoloAI is an AI-powered documentation and diagnostic support tool designed solely to assist licensed professionals in their clinical reasoning. You agree that:
- All diagnoses, treatment plans, and clinical decisions remain your sole responsibility.
- This tool does not provide medical advice, nor should it be used to replace professional judgment.
- You must review all outputs for accuracy, relevance, and appropriateness before using them in any clinical or documentation context.
2. Patient Data and Privacy
DocSoloAI is designed to help clinicians streamline case evaluation using non-identifiable inputs. While it allows entry of patient initials and date of birth to contextualize case details, you must not enter any fully identifiable or protected health information (PHI) into the system. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Full patient names
- Street addresses, email addresses, or phone numbers
- Insurance information, SSNs, or medical record numbers
DocSoloAI is not a HIPAA-covered entity. By using this platform, you agree to input only minimally identifiable clinical information for diagnostic support purposes. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
3. Subscription and Access
Access to diagnostic features requires an active, paid subscription. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or failure to maintain payment.
4. AI Limitations
AI outputs are generated using language models that may occasionally produce inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete content. While we strive for clinical accuracy, you acknowledge that:
- AI results should not be interpreted as definitive or authoritative.
- You assume full responsibility for verifying and vetting all suggestions before clinical use.
5. Intellectual Property
All branding, content, and code within DocSoloAI are the exclusive property of its creator and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or reverse-engineered without prior written consent.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of DocSoloAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing them periodically.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for damages, losses, or harm arising from the use or misuse of this Service, including reliance on AI-generated outputs.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
